Hameed Adediran

Hameed Adediran is a medical doctor, management consultant and media practitioner. After his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Ibadan, he acquired additional education at the Johns Hopkins University, University of Washington both in the US as well as the University of Cumbria in the UK. He is a Fellow of both the Royal Society for Public Health (UK) and the Institute of Management Consultants.
MEDICASTER as he is fondly called has interest in public health and medical entrepreneurship among others. He has many years of experience spanning government and non-governmental as well as profit and non-profit sectors He has provided technical support on health policy, advocacy, capacity building and health systems strengthening at sub national, national and global levels.
He is a proud recipient of the 120 Under 40 Award, a global recognition for young people in the public health space especially Reproductive Health. He is also a Bayer Scholar at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
